Il pr\u00e9sente au moins deux sc\u00e9narios de travaux \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en plusieurs \u00e9tapes ou en une seule pour faire passer les logements F ou G en classe C, (ou classe B pour les logements class\u00e9s E ou D avant travaux).
